What You’ll Do
* Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods to luxury standards.
* Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef to develop seasonal menus and signature creations.
* Ensure consistency, portion control, and presentation across all pastry offerings.
* Maintain impeccable hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in your section.
* Support junior team members with training, guidance, and inspiration.

Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in a pastry role within a luxury hotel, fine dining, or high-end patisserie.
* A passion for pastry and a flair for creativity and detail.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
* Knowledge of modern and classic pastry techniques.
* Relevant culinary qualifications and food safety certifications.
