Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a regional portfolio of laboratory and industrial clients
* Drive new business across pharma, biotech, research, and manufacturing laboratories
* Engage with laboratory managers, scientists, QA and QC, and procurement teams
* Sell laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and technical solutions
* Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
* Lead commercial discussions, pricing, and contract negotiations
* Build long-term relationships across multiple stakeholders
* Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
* Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
Requirements
* Proven experience in a Sales Manager or Senior Sales role within laboratory equipment or scientific solutions
* Background in analytical instruments, laboratory equipment, or consumables
* Strong understanding of laboratory environments including pharma, biotech, and research
* Track record of winning new business and managing key accounts
* Confidence engaging with both technical users and commercial stakeholders
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated with experience managing a territory
