Business Development Manager – Transport & Logistics
Location: Nottinghamshire (Field Based)

Salary: £50,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £80,000+)

Our client, a well-established family-run courier and logistics company, is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the UK Director, you will be responsible for generating new business and increasing commercial turnover.
Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and cold call new businesses
*
Book and attend sales meetings
*
Identify key transport decision makers
*
Win recurring monthly transport accounts
*
Manage and maintain your own sales pipeline
Target Customers:
Businesses spending £5,000 – £30,000 per month on transport services.
Requirements:

Proven B2B sales experience
*
Confident cold caller with strong closing ability
*
Self-motivated and target-driven
