We're seeking a dynamic Pre-sales Solution Architect to lead and inspire our segment solutions team while driving transformative customer solutions and technological advancement.
Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a community of Segment Solutions Consultants and Solution & Technology Leads, providing strategic guidance and performance coaching
* Partner with global and regional business leaders to develop resource strategies, prioritize initiatives, and drive business growth
* Identify and validate innovation opportunities, representing the segment in leadership discussions related to Innovation and Offer Creation
* Design and architect sophisticated technical solutions that address complex customer challenges
* Foster knowledge sharing and best practices within the community while building strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor
Skills & Experience
* Proven track record in successful sales and solution design methodology
* Deep understanding of operating models and segment-specific consulting expertise
* Strong leadership capabilities with experience in developing and mentoring high-performing teams
* Advanced technical knowledge combined with excellent business acumen
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
