Team Leader (Barista Maestro)
In this role you will manage day‑to‑day operations, stock ordering, merchandising, health & safety, and engage the store team to exceed customer expectations.
What’s involved?
* Taking the lead on shifts to support the team.
* Deploying team members, making the most of people’s talents to ensure that they’re in the right place at the right time.
* Training and developing new Baristas and existing team members.
* Supporting with the roll out of new campaigns and products, ensuring that the team can hit the ground running.
* Driving high standards every shift, whether that’s through the quality of our handmade drinks, or a store walk through to see how you can make our customers visit even better.
