New Homes Sales Advisor - South Coast (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join a forthcoming residential development on the South Coast. This is your chance to take full ownership of a brand-new scheme from launch through to completion.
The Role
Working on a single-manned site, you will manage the entire sales journey—from initial enquiry through to exchange and completion. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone confident working autonomously and driven to deliver results.
Key Details
* Full‑time: Thursday‑Monday, 10am‑5pm (with Tuesday/Wednesday off + one weekend off per month)
* Launching mid‑May with off‑plan reservations expected shortly after
* 62‑unit development with first completions from September
* Up‑to £32,000 basic + commission (uncapped)
* Commission paid 50% on exchange / 50% on completion
* Temp‑to‑perm opportunity with immediate interviews available
About You
* Proven experience in new homes sales
* Comfortable managing a site independently
* Strong customer journey management from enquiry to completion
* Ideally based along the South Coast / Kent region
