The Role
We’re looking for acompassionate, enthusiastic Support Workerto join our team inLincoln, supporting two gentlemen and one lady.
This is apart-time role (25 hours per week), working across a rota that includes early shifts, late shifts, long days, and occasional waking nights. You’ll also work alternate weekends. To be considered, you’ll need afull UK manual driving licence, as supporting people to get out and about is a big part of the role.

Who we’re looking for:
You’ll need to be flexible, a good communicator, and comfortable working as part of a team. You’ll also need to be confident using basic IT systems to record support plans and updates.
