Job overview We are seeking an experienced and compassionate registered nurse/AHP to join our team as a Macmillan Information and Support Manager at St Bartholomew's Hospital. This is a part-time position (3 days per week - Wed, Thurs, Fri), offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people affected by cancer. As the Macmillan Information and Support Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-quality, accessible information and emotional support services for patients, families, and carers. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that individuals receive the guidance, resources, and reassurance they need throughout their cancer journey Main duties of the job Manage and develop the Macmillan Information and Support Service at St Bartholomew's Hospital. Provide expert, evidence-based information and emotional support to patients, carers, and families. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of support services. Lead on service development, evaluation, and reporting to meet patient needs and organisational goals. Supervise and support staff and volunteers working within the service.
