About the role
This is a casual, part‑time bank admin assistant role offering flexible working. As a Bank Admin Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of responsibilities to help us deliver the quality care and support our residents deserve. You'll answer the phone, handle files, support managers, greet visitors, engage with residents, and show prospective clients and their families around to showcase our distinctive care.
About you
If you can multi‑task, have good computer skills, a confident telephone manner, and are a people‑person who takes a genuine interest in our residents and their families, you would be well‑suited to the role. Courses to develop your confidence across all responsibilities will be offered.
