Right now, we’re looking for a Trainee Administrator to join us and support both our recruitment and operational teams due to continued growth.
What you’ll be doing:
Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and our CRM system
Keeping our CRM system updated, accurate and error free
Supporting the Operations Manager with credit control, invoicing and general business admin duties
Assisting with inbox management, scheduling interviews, and other team support tasks
Working closely with our Technical Director and Operations Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What we’re looking for:
1 year experience as an administrator, preferably with a Level 2 or 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, LinkedIn and CRM systems
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Proactive, helpful and team-focused attitude
Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment.
What you’ll get in return:
Salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience
Hybrid working: Mondays and Fridays from home, Tuesday to Thursday in the office
