Your new opportunity Quarriers Countryview is a short breaks children & young people service, where we support children and young people aged 5-20 with a wide range of additional needs. As a Nightshift Intensive Support Practitioner, you&39;ll be part of a dedicated, compassionate team providing tailored support. The service offers short breaks for children and young people with: Complex medical needs Physical and learning disabilities Autism and neurodiverse conditions Trauma-related and emotional needs Working pattern: Countryview is offering part time, permanent contracts covering nightshift - 1x 11 hour & 1x 22 hour contracts per week. You will be required to work nights over 7 days. What you&39;ll bring Candidates must hold an SVQ level 3 and HNC, or be prepared to work towards either if not in possession of both qualifications. Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for every child Support with personal care, therapeutic routines, and daily activities (full training provided) Build positive, trusting relationships with children, families, and professionals Engage children in play, sensory exploration, outings, and skill-building opportunities Offer consistent and compassionate support, especially during times of distress Your presence gives families vital time to rest and recharge, knowing their child is in safe and capable hands.
