Location: Avonmouth, Bristol
Hours: Monday–Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm (one hour break)
Weekend Work and Overtime: Occasional and paid at time and a half
Availability for out of hours call-outs for breakdowns may be required from time to time
Essential Requirements (Must Have)
* Proven experience in HGV mechanics
* Experience in MOT prep and presenting
* Professional, customer-facing manner
* You'll need your own mechanics tools but main workshop tooling is available
Desirable:
* Class 1 qualified with CPC
The Role
* Working with a team of experienced technicians to keep our fleet of Volvo Trucks and various trailers maintained and road legal
* Manage your time effectively to meet operational demands
* You MUST be motivated as this varied role needs you to think 'out of the box' to solve problems and keep the wheels turning
