Based in the Greater Norwich area, our school champions inclusion, respect, and individual growth. We're looking for a Teaching Assistant who brings positivity, resilience, and the desire to uplift learners who benefit from extra guidance and tailored support.
Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:
* Supporting students with additional or complex learning needs in and out of the classroom.
* Using targeted strategies to help pupils build confidence, independence, and key life skills.
* Reinforcing literacy, numeracy, and communication in practical, meaningful ways.
* Fostering a safe, inclusive space where students feel understood and valued.
* Encouraging social interaction and teamwork through creative, structured activities.

What You'll Need:
* A full, valid UK driving licence.
* Availability for a full-time role (Monday to Friday preferred).
