Non-Billing Recruitment Manager (Tech/Digital)
12 month guarantee to cover lost earnings
I’m working on a search for a Non-Billing Sales Manager for a Contract Team of 15+ Technology Recruiters for a very successful Tech/Digital Recruitment agency.
You’ll take over a team of 15 x 360 Contract Consultants who are running approx. 200 contractors across different areas of Tech such as Cloud, Development, Data etc. The agency has a niche market model e.g. small pods of Consultants who specialise in a certain technology such as Infrastructure.
You’ll report directly into the Sales Director and your main responsibilities will be;
-Coaching and mentoring Consultants at all levels e.g., Trainee through to Team Lead
-Areas of focus should be opening new clients by selling the “specialist recruiter” model, developing relationships with clients and candidates, introducing “speed and urgency”, qualification, controlling the process, closing etc
- Ensuring Consultants are exceeding targets and have a good level of consistency
-Creating a positive and inclusive environment
-Promoting well-being across the sales floor
In return you’ll be given all the tools and support to do your job, including the latest recruitment technology, fantastic agency infrastructure, great comms scheme, professional Internal Recruitment team / on-boarding, structured social/professional media content promoting the brand etc.
Basic for the role is £60,000 / £80,000 + bonus, they can also provide 12 months guaranteed bonus / comms to cover lost earnings.
