Duties: Prep Room Operative: Gluing and shaping foam to frames Bit tacking materials securely and accurately Preparing components for the upholstery process Maintaining quality and safety standards Requirements: Previous experience in an upholstery factory or furniture manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential) Practical knowledge of gluing foam, bit tacking, and springing Confident using hand tools, air tools, and adhesives safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency Benefits: Staff Discounts.
