Role Details Role/Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst Work Location: Wokingham, UK Hybrid Requirement: 3 days Duration of Assignment: 6 months The Role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in requirement discovery, agile delivery, and Salesforce capabilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and testing teams to translate business needs into well-defined requirements and user stories, ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce solutions. Your Responsibilities Lead discovery workshops to gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Perform requirement analysis and translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories. Create, maintain, and manage user stories and acceptance criteria in tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO). Define and document business process flows using tools like Microsoft Visio or equivalent. Design and produce UI mockups and wireframes using tools such as Figma to support solution clarity. Collaborate closely with Architects, Technical Leads, and Test Leads to ensure seamless requirement and story handover. Demonstrate a basic understanding of Salesforce technology, including Salesforce configurations and platform capabilities. Support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by working closely with business users and resolving queries. Work effectively within Agile/Scrum teams, participating in ceremonies such as refinement, sprint planning, and the 3 Amigos process. Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered Salesforce solutions. Your Profile Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience (8 Years) Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst Proven expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation Hands-on experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps (ADO) Ability to create process flow diagrams using Visio or similar tools Experience creating UI mockups/wireframes using Figma or equivalent tools Working knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, configurations, and capabilities Experience supporting UAT activities Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Desirable Skills / Knowledge / Experience Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail with a structured approach to documentation Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
