Sanderson is looking for an experienced IT Service Desk & Workplace Team Lead to join our IT team. If you're technically strong, people-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role could be ideal for you.
The Opportunity
* Lead the day-to-day running of the IT Service Desk
* Deliver high-quality end-user support across the business
* Manage and develop service desk staff
* Support IT projects and contribute to process improvements
* Ensure systems and services meet security and compliance standards
* Work closely with colleagues across the business to understand and deliver requirements
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing incident resolution and service requests
* Overseeing device builds, troubleshooting, repairs, and life cycle management
* Maintaining IT systems, documentation, and audit requirements
* Liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders
* Ensuring adherence to Information Security standards
* Supporting wider business needs based on team priorities
Who You Are
* 2+ years' experience leading an IT team
* 5+ years' hands-on technical experience
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, Intune, and device builds
* ITIL qualified; Azure/Workplace certifications desirable
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
* Strong attention to detail and confident decision-making
* Able to work independently and collaboratively
Salary & Working Pattern
* Competitive salary
* Hybrid working: 60% Bristol office, 40% from home
* 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
