Duties and responsibilities. Lead, inspire and champion a high‑performing radiology team Report directly to the Director of Clinical Services Oversee day‑to‑day service delivery ensuring safe, efficient, and patient‑focused care Plan, allocate and review workloads, offering constructive feedback and development Take responsibility for effective use of physical and financial resources Implement, monitor and refine departmental policies and processes Delegate tasks appropriately to maximise efficiency and service quality Ensure accurate and safe staffing levels aligned to patient needs Promote a culture that actively supports health, safety and wellbeing Lead on IRMER implementation and compliance across the department Foster a culture of equality, inclusion and professional respect Build strong relationships with Consultant Radiologists Oversee all clinical governance, audit, and quality assurance activities Who were looking for.
