We are currently seeking an experienced Slinger Signaller / Lift Supervisor for an upcoming project based in Bristol.

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating lifting operations on site, ensuring all activities are carried out safely and efficiently. The project involves lifting operations using a Minifor hoist, so prior experience with similar equipment is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as Slinger Signaller and/or Lift Supervisor for site operations
* Supervising lifts and ensuring compliance with lift plans and safety procedures
* Communicating clearly with site teams
* Ensuring all lifting equipment is used correctly and safely
* Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times
Requirements:
* Valid Slinger Signaller and Lift Supervisor certification (CPCS/NPORS)
* Proven experience with Minifor hoists or similar lifting equipment
* Strong understanding of lifting operations and safety regulations
* Reliable, professional, and able to work as part of a team
