You will play a key role in ensuring new clients are successfully onboarded onto the platform while also providing ongoing customer support. This role bridges technical support and customer success, ensuring a smooth implementation journey and strong client retention. This role would suit someone with experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation support, or customer success within a technology-driven business.
The Role & responsibilities of the candidate:
* Manage end-to-end client onboarding process
* Deliver platform training sessions (virtual and in-person where required)
* Configure systems and support initial setup
* Provide first-line support for software and connected devices
* Work closely with technical teams to resolve escalated issues
* Monitor customer usage and engagement
* Maintain onboarding documentation and training materials xxuwjjq
* Support continuous improvement of onboarding processes
* Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
