* Provide all day-to-day admin support to the Partner by taking ownership of calendar coordination, email and LinkedIn correspondence, scheduling calls and zoom/face-to-face meetings.
* Provide daily coordination for the Consumer/FinTech team on multiple search processes including scheduling all client/candidate interviews, update calls and feedback calls.
* Ensuring the client has all relevant documentation (CVs and Scorecards) at least 24 hours before each interview.
* Ensuring our database is GDPR compliant and up to date with all correspondence and documents including interview schedules, CVs, notes, feedback and scorecards.
* Assist with candidate tracking in our ATS and as needed, assisting with approaching, sending NDAs, sending candidate briefs and scheduling follow-up calls/meetings.
* Assisting with internal/external documents and reports
* Acting as a first point of contact for all external enquiries: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
* Providing our Partners, Principals & Researchers with support on all aspects of Altima’s search process ensuring a positive candidate/client experience.
* Scheduling travel and itineraries for candidate interviews and Partners
* Various ad hoc requests
