Role: Service Coordinator Term: Temp to Perm Start: ASAP Employment Type: Part-time approx. 3 days per week (hybrid) Pay: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour What You'll Do: Scheduling Services: Coordinate appointments and manage the service calendar efficiently Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing excellent customer service Team Coordination: Collaborate with our skilled technicians to ensure timely service delivery Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and follow-ups Problem Solving: Address any challenges that arise promptly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction What We're Looking For: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A friendly and professional demeanour that puts clients at ease. Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
