A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in Charlbury area near Chipping Norton for a Sous Chef to work in their award winning restaurant. The kitchen prepares meals for lunch and dinner service using all fresh produce. The kitchen uses all locally sourced, seasonal produce and everything is made on site. The role is working 4 Days per week, 3 off. The role is 48 hours per week.

The Role
Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
Kitchen Management duties
Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to AA rosette levels
The Person
You will already be a Sous Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher
Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
