Commercial Lawyer – Global Manufacturing Leader (Part-Time)
Location: Glasgow/Paisley Hybrid or Fully Remote

The Role
As a key legal advisor, you will:
1. Lead strategic contract negotiations to support commercial growth.
2. Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Procurement, Technical) to manage risk and drive innovation.
3. Establish a proactive legal culture aligned with global expansion goals.
What You Need
4. Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in commercial law.
5. Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex B2B agreements.
6. Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
7. Background in Scots Law preferred; postgrad in Commercial/Corporate Law a plus.
