There are 2x posts available: 1x full-time post at 37 hours per week and 1x part-time post at 22.2 hours per week.
These are permanent community posts and the spread of hours are negotiable across Monday to Friday, 08.30am to 4.30pm, some remote working may be required.
This post offers the exciting opportunity to work as a Physiotherapist within integrated services across the integrated adult services. The role provides the opportunity to maintain clinical skills and work within multi-disciplinary teams with the aim of supporting adults and older people to live as independently as possible within their community.
The successful candidates will be working within the MDT and will provide direct clinical skills; will complete assessments, formulate a treatment plan and deliver as an autonomous practitioner.
The successful candidate will carry a clinical caseload and will participate in assessment and care planning as required as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary team, with the aim of addressing waiting lists and maximise an individual’s rehabilitation potential and their ability to remain safely at home or in a homely setting.
