Role Overview
The Recruitment Resourcer will play a key role in supporting the Recruitment Team by sourcing high‑quality candidates, building talent pipelines across multiple locations, and providing essential administrative support. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in recruitment, with the opportunity to progress into a Recruitment Officer position over time.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pooling
* Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, CV databases, and networking.
* Build and maintain talent pools for high‑volume and hard‑to‑fill roles.
* Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates for review by the Recruitment Team.
* Conduct initial candidate outreach and arrange interviews where required.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records.
Recruitment Support
* Assist with drafting and posting job adverts across multiple platforms.
* Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
* Support pre‑employment checks, referencing, and onboarding processes.
* Liaise with agencies and external partners when required.
Administrative Duties
* Provide general administrative support to the Recruitment and HR teams.
* Maintain recruitment trackers, spreadsheets, and reporting documents.
* Prepare documentation, letters, and correspondence.
* Support with organising recruitment events, assessment days, or open days.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal data‑handling policies.
