Faura is a curated furniture showroom and design residency platform that connects premium interior designers, architects, and developers with exceptional furniture brands and design resources.
We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded, and creative Marketing Executive to help drive brand awareness, lead generation, designer engagement, and showroom traffic. This role requires someone who thrives at the intersection of brand-building and hands-on execution, and who is excited to work in the premium interiors and design space.
The Role
The Marketing Executive will support and execute Faura’s marketing activity across digital channels, outreach, content, events, and community engagement.
This is a hybrid role combining content, campaigns, outreach, brand coordination, events, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Content Marketing
•Support the execution of Faura’s marketing strategy across online and offline channels
•Help create and manage branded content for LinkedIn, Instagram, website, email campaigns, presentations, and trade materials
•Ensure all marketing communications are aligned with Faura’s visual identity, tone of voice, and premium positioning
•Coordinate creation of case studies, project highlights, designer stories, showroom updates, and brand campaigns
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
•Assist in running lead generation campaigns targeting interior designers, architects, developers, and premium residential clients
•Support outreach and campaign activity through channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, email marketing, and directories
•Help build, clean, and manage prospect databases for campaigns and partnerships
•Work with the sales team to align messaging, campaign hooks, and follow-up strategy
Community & Trade Engagement
•Support the growth of Faura’s designer network and residency community
•Identify relevant industry events, exhibitions, networking opportunities, and partnership channels
•Help organise showroom events, presentations, launches, and trade engagement activities
•Maintain relationships with design professionals, partners, and collaborators to increase visibility and community growth
Campaign Execution
•Coordinate email campaigns, social media calendars, promotional initiatives, and launch support
•Track campaign performance and prepare clear reports on reach, engagement, leads, and conversions
•Suggest improvements based on results and market feedback
•Assist with production of sales and marketing presentations tailored to different customer segments
Market & Competitor Insight
•Monitor competitor activity, market trends, design industry movements, and relevant opportunities
•Research target audiences, including interior designers, studios, developers, and premium residential buyers
•Help identify channels, communities, and partnerships that can strengthen Faura’s market presence
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is energetic, organised, commercially aware, and confident in a fast-moving, creative business environment.
Requirements
•3+ years of experience in marketing, brand, digital marketing, or communications
•Strong interest in interiors, furniture, luxury/design brands, architecture, or lifestyle sectors
•Experience supporting campaigns across social media, email, content, and events
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
•Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
•Ability to manage multiple projects and execute quickly without losing quality
•Commercial mindset with understanding of how marketing supports sales
•Confident using Canva, PowerPoint, Excel/Google Sheets, and common marketing tools/platforms
•Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on
Preferred
•Experience in interiors, furniture, design showroom, luxury retail, or property-related sectors
•Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, CRM/database work, and lead generation processes
•Experience with Instagram content planning and B2B brand communications
•Russian language skills are essential
•Experience organising events, trade activations, or partnership campaigns
