Reports to: Delegated Authority Data Manager
Purpose of the Role
Support the organisations Delegated Authority (DA) initiatives, focusing on data collection and quality assurance to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely receipt and validation of Risk, Premium, and Claims bordereaux.
Review bordereaux and perform gap analysis to improve data quality.
Maintain accurate DDM records, including entering endorsements.
Assist with Lloyds platforms (DDM, DCOM) for data processing and issue resolution.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders (Brokers, Coverholders, DCAs).
Support DA data oversight, including Risk Level Data for RDS exercises.
Provide updates and escalate overdue bordereaux when needed.
Participate in DA forums and system testing for Lloyds releases.
Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good knowledge of delegated authority and bordereaux data (preferred).
Understanding of the Lloyds market and DA processes.
Excellent IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Analytical, organised, and self-motivated.
Willingness to learn and improve processes.
