About the Role
We are looking for aninspiring Healthcare Trainerto join our team and deliver outstanding training to our care and support staff.
You will:
* Deliver high-quality training and support to learners, ensuring exceptional standards of care.
* Keep accurate records of training progress, staffing plans, and bookings.
* Support activities that enhance the learning experience and the quality of care.
* Maintain effective communication with branch managers and the management team.
* Respect the individuality, confidentiality, and needs of each learner.
* Tailor your training style to suit different learning preferences.
* Travel to our branches inGateshead and Middlesbroughto deliver training.
You may also be asked to participate in a trial learner session at the managers discretion.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
* Previous experience in ahealthcare setting(nursing, care home, or hospital).
* Training experience in healthcare (desirable but not essential).
* Patience, professionalism, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
* A responsible, friendly, and adaptable approach.
* Proven ability totrain and coach individuals effectively.
* Healthcare knowledge and access to a car with a valid UK driving licence.
* AET, PTTLS, or equivalent training qualification.
