(1 hour break) Duration: 18 months Hours: 30 hours per week Level 2 Engineering Operative Apprenticeship standard qualification Online training and support by our dedicated tutors Address: 3 Dockwells Estate, Central Way, Feltham, TW14 0RX Duties : • The manual handling of propshafts and associated parts. • Inspecting and diagnosing customers shafts. • Using various hand tools. • Replacing or repairing joints, bearings, bushes, flanges and any other components as directed. • Operating rotating wire wheel and grinding wheel machines. • Assembling complete shafts to specific dimensions. • Operating lathes and presses. • MIG welding. • Operating the dynamic balancing machine. • Spray painting. • Wrapping and packing items for despatch. • Sweeping and keeping clean the facility.
