Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups (Primary & Secondary). Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Support pupils with a variety of SEND needs, ensuring their safety and engagement. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Provide feedback to teaching staff and contribute to pupil progress. Requirements: Previous experience working in an educational setting is desirable. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to adapt to different age groups and learning needs. A genuine passion for supporting children with SEND. Must hold the right to work in the UK and be available for an enhanced DBS check.
