About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Transformation Team during a period of significant change. The Business Change Manager will help accelerate organisational transformation, champion new ways of working, and deliver practical solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and client service.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading major change projects with firm-wide impact, ensuring collaboration and successful outcomes.
* Supporting legal teams to enhance workflows, develop new products, and improve client services.
* Implementing AI tools and other technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
* Conducting process mapping workshops, managing tasks, identifying risks, and facilitating smooth transitions.
* Managing procurements and supplier relationships.
* Supporting the Director of Transformation and Operations on strategic projects.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong experience in project management, business analysis, and organisational change.
* Knowledge of law firms or professional services organisations is desirable.
* Supplier management skills, including procurement, tendering, negotiation, and contracting.
* Technologically savvy, with interest in leveraging tools to improve workflows.
* Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail. Project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, APMP) are advantageous.
* Experience in continuous improvement, process mapping, and innovation initiatives.
* Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
* Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable.
