We're delivering the A38 Major Road Network scheme in Bristol – a £20 million project expected to complete in Summer 2027. You will play a pivotal role in its success from the outset.

* Scheme Delivery Framework (SDF)
Your responsibilities include…
Leading the commercial management of this highways project, ensuring financial performance, contractual compliance, and risk management. Oversee procurement, reporting, and cost control, supporting the Commercial Manager in driving excellence. Build and manage the Bristol-based commercial team in this leadership role.

About you…
You are an experienced Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor with highways experience, bringing leadership, commercial expertise, and a passion for value delivery. You excel in non-hierarchical environments where you can influence and mentor.
Your skills and qualifications…
* Proven success in highways project management
* Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and cost management tools
* Experience leading commercial teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (or equivalent experience)
