We are thrilled to be working with a well-established construction based client in Colchester, who are now seeking a full time Project Administrator. This is Monday-Friday, normal office hours are 8am-4pm, however this can have some flexibility. This position can also be hybrid (2-3 days remote and the remainder of the days in the office) The ideal candidate should have scaffolding knowledge or previous experience in the housebuilding market. Key Responsibilities: * Pricing tenders * Identifying new opportunities * Customer liaison * Quote chasing * Site Variations * Customer seminars/briefings/meetings * Site pre-start meetings * Arrange staff training * Compile H&S packs for new sites * Prepare RAMS * Complete weekly timesheets * Input for fortnightly payroll and invoicing * Compile monthly site reports with site running figures You must be computer literate and proficient in Excel
