The Role - EA
This is a diverse and rewarding position requiring excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, and an ability to anticipate and adapt to ever-changing priorities. Your responsibilities will include:
* Comprehensive diary and inbox management
* Coordinating national and international travel, including car services and restaurant bookings
* Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions
* Organising internal meetings, events, and talks
* Handling calls and correspondence with professionalism
* Supporting with financial admin tasks such as invoice processing and report preparation
* Providing proactive administrative support to the Head of HR
You will be/have
You will bring at least 3 years of PA/EA experience, ideally within a similarly fast-paced or creative environment. You’ll be:
* Highly organised, proactive, and discreet
* Comfortable managing senior stakeholder relationships
* Confident in written and verbal communication
* Numerate, resourceful, and resilient under pressure
* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a flexible approach
