What you will be doing?

We are seeking to grow our Customer Experience Transformation consulting practice by hiring a dynamic Consumer & Shopper Insights Manager. The individual we are looking for must have a sound understanding of marketing strategy and activation, with specific experience in consumer & shopper insights and a proven ability to shape and deliver innovative marketing‑related programmes of work.


You Should Have Some Of The Following Experience

* Degree educated or equivalent.
* 10+ years’ experience, preferably in an agency/consultancy or industry environment.
* Understanding consumer behaviour, shopper journeys, and translating insights into strategies that drive growth.
* You must also have hands‑on experience in driving digital transformation more broadly, in areas such as building marketing strategies, designing future‑fit marketing operations, and activating content, data & technology to deliver growth.
* You understand how to turn a set of business objectives into capabilities and map those capabilities to solutions.
* You have a proven track record of delivering multifaceted Customer & Marketing programmes of work, across strategy and operations.


An Overview Of The Role

This role is an exciting blend of management consulting skills, mixed with consumer & shopper insights along with marketing strategy and operations.

* You will work with clients to generate consumer and shopper insights, translating findings into strategic recommendations.
* You will help clients define marketing, category management, product development, and channel strategies.
* You manage and deliver on marketing/sector related projects.
* You will support business development efforts, including proposal development, client pitches, and account growth.
* You will mentor and develop junior consultants, contributing to a high‑performance team culture.
* You will stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic recommendations.
* You will have experience working in one of more of consumer products, retail, utilities, financial services.

* Strong understanding of research methodologies, data interpretation, and insight storytelling.
* Experience with qualitative and quantitative research, advanced analytics, and behavioural data.
