Overview
Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in our café, where you'll become a champion of our delightful food and drink offerings, services, and customer experiences. We’re seeking passionate individuals who take pride in knowledge of the latest food and drink trends and are eager to share it with our customers. Work pattern: Monday to Saturday 08:00-16:00, with weekend hours as listed.

Responsibilities
* Serve our customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points.
* Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring shelves are stocked with product.
* Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities.
* Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit to store.
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
* Utilise digital tools and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience and help customers get what they want, when they need it.
