The Role:
• Managing a large, high-value client
• Working a warm book with immediate billing potential
• Operating within a niche area of the construction market
• Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
• Delivering high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
• Actively source and qualify candidates
• Manage client needs and expectations
• Maintain strong relationships across the market
• Continuously improve recruitment efficiency
• Match candidates effectively to client requirements
What the client is looking for:
• Minimum 2+ years 360 recruitment experience
• Strong billing history
• Strong commercial awareness and drive
• Ability to manage and grow key accounts
• Independently motivated, but also a strong team player
