You will provide emotional, practical and social support to enable people to live as independently as possible and make informed choices in all aspects of their lives. Your role may involve liaising with other agencies that may be involved with the person you are supporting, advocating on their behalf, and accessing professional help if required and appropriate.

Delivering Personal Care and Administration of Medication are not part of this role.

As this role is Fife wide, driving is a requirement of this role.
