Your Role
As a Project Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading design teams for major building projects across Europe, including both new constructions and remodels. You’ll collaborate closely with Senior Project Architects to bring innovative ideas to life!
Key Responsibilities
* Project Coordination: Manage the design process from feasibility studies to project close-out, ensuring every phase is executed flawlessly.
* Data Insights: Utilize occupancy and attendance data to drive actionable workplace strategies and develop unique data sets for AI and parametric design solutions.
* Digital Design Innovation: Engage in parametering and scripting for AI tools, enhancing user engagement and driving transformative design options.

Flexibility

Qualifications
* A degree in architecture; a master’s degree is a plus.
* Specialization in parametric design and digital modeling tools.
* Experience in data management and insights for project analysis.
* Familiarity with occupancy planning and attendance data management.
* Digital skills in AI-generated design and parametric design.
* Experience in branding and environmental graphic design.
* Ability to integrate design management with project management processes.
* Experience managing external design and project partners.
