F1™ Arcade is a global venture in partnership with
Formula One, which launched its second venue in Birmingham in November 2023,
after opening its first flagship venue in London in December 2022. Boston, the
first international location will open in Spring 2024 with a 2nd site in US
opening towards the end of 2024. The business delivers an immersive, state of
the art racing simulation experience, set in a premium venue with best in class
hospitality and design. F1™ Arcade will scale at pace, through a mixture
of owned and operated venues, joint ventures and franchise partnerships in key
locations across the UK, the US, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
In order to grow successfully, we want to work with

to the FC and partnering with the VP Global Finance to drive the performance
and profitability of the business. The successful candidate will be an integral
part of a team that will develop and grow along with the business. This is a
hybrid role working 3 days from our Head Office in Kings Cross and 2 days per
week will be home based working.

We are looking for a short form content superstar -
someone who has grown their own channel organically, so totally know what
works. Someone who can work passionately, creatively and excitedly to grow our TikTok,
YouTube shorts and Instagram channels audiences and our reach. They understand
short form content implicitly, know how to work across multiple platforms, and
are hyper reliable with getting content made, scheduled and posted. They can
make friends and influence people and can outreach to influencers and form
relationships with them, as well as getting the right ones involved, scheduled,
and creating.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement short-form content
strategies across TikTok- which will then form your Instagram Reels, and
YouTube Shorts strategy.
* Craft compelling, concise, and engaging
content that resonates with younger audiences and aligns with our brand
identity.
* Analyse the viral potential of content
and employ tactics to increase shareability and audience reach.
* Create cost-effective, efficient
short-form content, maintaining a consistent and dynamic online presence.
* Adapt content strategies for
cross-platform versatility to maximise reach and engagement.
* Keep abreast of competitive trends in
short-form content and ensure our brand stays relevant and influential in
the market.
* Utilise analytics tools to measure
content performance and adapt strategies for optimal audience engagement.
* Employ creative storytelling techniques
to convey our brand's message effectively within the constraints of
short-form content.
* Develop innovative social media campaigns
that set our brand apart in the digital landscape.
* Focus on building and maintaining a
strong, consistent brand identity through regular, impactful short-form
content
* Actively engage with our community to
foster a positive environment. Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries
in a timely manner.
* Build and maintain relationships with
influencers to expand our reach and credibility. Coordinate campaigns that
align with our marketing goals and monitor their performance.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in creating engaging
and humorous short-form content for various social media platforms, with
proof of substantial followers and engagement – particularly on TikTok
(personal successful social media accounts, especially TikTok or YouTube
are essential).
* Strong understanding of current social
media trends and the preferences of different demographic groups.
* Excellent skills in storytelling, content
creation, and digital marketing.
* Ability to analyse and interpret social
media metrics for strategic planning.
* Creativity, adaptability, and a passion
for innovative social media content.
* Strong communication and collaboration
skills.
