About Inherently Human

Inherently Human (IH) works on human rights in businesses and supply chains. We partner with leading retailers, small and large businesses across a range of sectors in the UK and Europe to understand the gaps in their approaches to identifying and managing human rights issues in their own operations and supply chains. We work alongside our clients to develop their approach to human rights and support practical implementation through mentoring, training and coaching. We take a bespoke and pragmatic approach according to an organisation’s capacity and ambition and the supply base they are working with.

We are also the chosen training partner for a number of organisations, including the Ethical Trading Initiative and the Food Network for Ethical Trade. Our work varies from delivering training on-site, through to organising and financially administering whole training programmes.

Our team is small yet mighty. We offer a fast-moving and flexible environment for the right candidate and we trust our team to develop a schedule that works for them and us.

This role will be remote, with a few days a month working alongside a team member (location permitting), as well as the opportunity for team days on a quarterly basis in different locations in or reachable from London.

Ensuring our brand maintains a strong reputation and delivers value to our clients and impact to rightsholders is key to our work. You will be a self-starter, who can motivate yourself, and drive your own agenda and workplan.
