About The Role
You will join a dedicated team specializing in wastewater or clean water projects, infrastructure, or non-infrastructure. We seek candidates with a Civil Engineering background as an essential requirement, and a permanent right to work, as sponsorship is not available.
This role requires you to be based in our Exeter office three times a week. You will work on key projects in the Water sector, including recent successes like upgrading the Arley Sewage Treatment Works to meet stringent water quality targets under the Water Framework Directive. Main duties
* Support project implementation to meet client requirements in accordance with relevant standards.
* Assist in preparing designs, drawings, and schedules within your discipline.
* Contribute to scheme evaluations, design statements, tender documents, and other deliverables.
* Develop understanding of standards, Codes of Practice, Health & Safety legislation, and current design best practices.
* Learn BIM standards such as BS1192, PAS1192, and ISO19650.
* Engage with clients, contractors, and third parties, including reviewing third-party design proposals.
* Understand BMS procedures.
