Beginning September 2025. Duties as a KS2 Teaching Assistant: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across the KS2 curriculum. Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, including pupils with additional needs. Help prepare classroom materials and set up learning activities. Foster a positive and nurturing environment that encourages pupil confidence and independence. Support with behaviour management and contribute to pupils’ social and emotional development. Ideal KS2 Teaching Assistant: A relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). Previous experience working with primary-aged pupils, preferably in Key Stage 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills as a KS2 Teaching Assistant. A patient, adaptable, and proactive attitude.
