Award-winning UK law firm renowned for its litigation expertise is recruiting a well organised Facilities Assistant to join its London office on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Head of Facilities, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a range of general office and reprographics duties.
* Sorting, scanning, and delivering incoming and outgoing post
* Booking local, national, and international couriers
* Assist in setting up meeting rooms, video conferencing, and moving and rebuilding operable walls
* Work closely with the building’s security team to arrange access for contractors and deliveries
* Preparation of court bundles, burn CDs, binding, and laminating of documents
* Monitor stationery supplies and place orders with approval
* 6+ months’ professional services or law firm experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Shows sound judgment and decision-making skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage own workload
