Our client, a large Pharmaceuticals organisation, is looking for a Senior Procurement Professional to manage all Human Resources procurement activities. For this you will have a minimum of 5 years experience immersed in HR procurement with a specific focus on the following : Services required include: Recruitment vendor contract assessments, re-negotiations and executions Establishment of new preferred supplier lists for recruitment agencies Providing and conducting market insight gathering on best approach and vendors to run temporary recruitment activities as a managed service providers ( MSP) Completion of market insight gathering on the preferred vendors for the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model Leading RFPs for Talent Acquisition within the technology function and related projects B2E Consulting have been asked to provide a consultant to manage the HR procurement requirements within a large, global organisation. This individual will have deep experience in HR vendors in particular recruitment - both temporary and permanent. Reviewing, establishing and managing MSPs and RPO's must be a core capability. In addition, providing market insights and gathering market information must be part of their offering. Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate the following: HR Procurement Expertise: Sourcing Professional with a minimum of 5 years experience within HR channels Significant expertise in HR Talent Acquisition contract review, sourcing and negotiation Commercial or price negotiations Market knowledge specifically of recruitment channels and talent acquisition agents.
