The Role
* Teaching Art across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 expected

* Monitoring attainment and implementing strategies to raise achievement
* Contributing to curriculum refinement and departmental development

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A degree in Fine Art or related discipline
* Experience teaching Art at secondary level, including examination groups
* Strong subject knowledge and confident classroom practice
* A track record of securing strong outcomes at GCSE and/or A Level
* High expectations for creativity, presentation, and pupil engagement
