Rather than pushing volume through an overstretched estimating team, the business is investing in senior leadership to improve bid quality, consistency and commercial decision-making.
If youre currently pricing tenders under constant time pressure, firefighting poor information, or carrying senior responsibility without real influence, this role offers something different.

Our client is a long-established, privately owned building services contractor delivering complex electrical and Mechanical projects across the South West. They operate with a stable order book, strong repeat clients and a measured approach to growth - not a boom-and-bust tender model.

The Role
This is a true senior position combining hands-on estimating with leadership and influence.
You will lead a small electrical estimating team, take ownership of tender strategy, and work closely with senior management to shape how projects are priced and risk is managed - not simply respond to bid deadlines.
