Working closely with subject teachers across various subject areas, you will develop insight into curriculum delivery, lesson planning, and assessment for learning (AfL), while supporting students to achieve at GCSE and A-Level. This role includes leading targeted intervention sessions, facilitating small-group problem-solving activities, and providing 1:1 academic support to reinforce core STEM concepts. It is particularly well-suited to graduates considering progression into teacher training (e.g., PGCE, School Direct) or careers within education, research, or STEM outreach.
