The Role
- Liaising with tenants, contractors and landlords to resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
* Managing compliance requirements and updating company database
* Schedule appointments/feedback for viewings and manage calendars for office staff
* Creating files for tenants moving in and out
* Answer and direct general phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am to 3pm
Skills
- Experience in lettings would be helpful, but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient in computer skills, including data entry and working with various software applications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work alone or as part of a team
* Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
